In these Terms:

• Platform means the Snatchers.gg website, pages, interfaces, content, features and related Services.
• Third-Party Platform means an external website, application, product or service linked, promoted or referenced through the Platform.
• Leaderboard, also called a Race, Promotion, Contest or Competition, means a wager or deposit (or similar) competition connected to a Third-Party Platform and displayed or made accessible through the Platform. A Leaderboard may be operated by the Operator of the Platform or directly by a Third-Party Platform.
• Operator means the operator of the Platform and the content creator hosting and promoting Leaderboards on the Platform. The Operator can be reached through the Contact page.
• User means any person who accesses or uses the Platform in any way, including by participating in Leaderboards solely via Third-Party Platforms.
• Prize means any displayed or potential reward connected to the Platform.
• Services means the Platform features, content, displays, links, Leaderboards, affiliate information and related functionality.
• Content means text, graphics, branding, software, layouts, leaderboard displays, images and other materials shown on or through the Platform.

Snatchers.gg is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where they reside, whichever is greater. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

The Platform is provided for entertainment and community use. The Operator reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature, Service, or account at any time.

When using Snatchers.gg, you agree to:

• Follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose.
• Refrain from disrupting the Platform or interfering with other users' experience.
• Not interfere with, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Not use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or other unfair methods to manipulate the Platform, Leaderboards, or Prize eligibility, unless expressly permitted by the Operator.
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct, including attempting to manipulate Leaderboards, exploit technical issues, or circumvent Platform rules.
• Not impersonate another person or falsely claim affiliation with another individual or organization.
• Cooperate with reasonable requests from the Operator where necessary to verify Leaderboard eligibility, investigate suspected breaches of these Terms, or resolve disputes relating to Leaderboards or Prizes.

Some areas of the Platform may connect with Third-Party Platforms, websites, applications, APIs or services. Those services operate independently from Snatchers.gg, and the Operator is not responsible for their content, security, availability, accuracy, data, uptime or business practices. Your interactions with Third-Party Platforms are governed by their own terms.

Leaderboards rely on third-party data received through external APIs of Third-Party Platforms.

The data received from Third-Party Platforms may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, revised, or temporarily unavailable due to API limitations, processing delays, outages, errors, or other technical factors. Third-Party Platforms may manually modify, correct, or update the data they provide.

The Operator may, at its discretion, manually review, modify, correct, recalculate, or remove Leaderboard entries or standings where appropriate, including to account for errors, corrections, disputes, or other relevant circumstances. The Operator may also exclude Users in accordance with these Terms.

Any information displayed on Snatchers.gg - including Leaderboard positions, participant entries, scores, or Prize amounts - is provided for informational purposes only and may change before the applicable Leaderboard is finalized. We do not guarantee the timing, accuracy, completeness, or availability of Leaderboard information, the inclusion of late or corrected activity, or that displayed results will match the final outcome. Displayed information does not create ownership of, entitlement to, or a guaranteed right to any Prize.

When a Leaderboard is hosted directly on a Third-Party Platform and its information is merely displayed or mirrored on Snatchers.gg, the applicable terms, rules, eligibility requirements, and other conditions of that Third-Party Platform also apply. In such cases, the Leaderboard will generally be displayed on the respective Third-Party Platform, and any applicable Prizes will generally be awarded or paid out by that Third-Party Platform. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and requirements of the respective Third-Party Platform. If a User is uncertain whether a particular Leaderboard or Prize is operated and paid out by a Third-Party Platform or by the Operator, the User should contact the Operator for clarification.

Final eligibility, standings, rankings, and Prize entitlement are determined solely by the Operator, in collaboration with the relevant Third-Party Platform where applicable, after the applicable Leaderboard has concluded and all necessary reviews have been completed.

A Leaderboard is not considered final until the Operator has completed all necessary reviews and any applicable Prize payouts have been processed. A Leaderboard being displayed as "ended," "completed," "finished," or similar, or any frontend indication that a competition has finished, does not mean that the standings are final or that any Prize has been irrevocably awarded.

Snatchers.gg, including its software, branding, graphics, text, design and other Content, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or otherwise use Platform Content without prior written authorization.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective once published on the Platform. Continuing to access or use Snatchers.gg after updated Terms are posted signifies your acceptance of those changes.

Snatchers.gg is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties relating to availability, reliability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The Operator will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption or other losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

The Operator may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and take any action considered appropriate, including limiting functionality, suspending access or permanently terminating Users from participation. Nothing in these Terms obligates the Operator to continue providing Services to any User.
